The RPG Developer Bakin Athenaeum Is Back

In Ancient Rome, an Athenaeum was a school for the study of arts. Its modern meaning is a “building or room in which books, periodicals and newspapers are kept for use”. So I thought it most appropriate to use to indicate a repository of RPG Developer Bakin stuff (and before that was the Smile Game Builder Athenaeum).

What Happened to the Original Athenaeum?

I created the original RPG Developer Bakin Athenaeum to use as a comprehensive repository for all things related to Bakin.

However, when the previous web host increased their prices the entire RPG Maker Times website became unsustainable. As a result, I had to find an alternative and withdraw all attached subdomains, including the RPG Developer Bakin and Smile Game Builder Athenaeums, the RPG Maker blogs, and the games section.

Now that the Bakin Athenaeum is back online, my goal is to keep the site up-to-date and continue maintain it with the latest assets, tutorials, plugins, and games.
