The NEW Modular Furniture Pack Vol. 1 for RPG Developer Bakin was released. This is actually a rework and rerelease of the previous pack available on Itch.io.
The models in the pack are structured in such a way that you can mix and match chair, table and shelves designs. For instance, you can have a pine table with a mahogany center or an oak chair with a pine center. You can also select a glass center for each.
There are 100 total assets in this pack, including a bonus carpet model, with 49 possible combinatons of each, and is available on Itch.io for $9.99.
